Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive HR initiatives
Leading the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Statutory Compliance
Lead and manage the Company team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment
Handling Onboarding and exit procedures.
Monitoring employees work reports
Conducting monthly and quarterly meetings
Analyzing Employee performance management
