Duties and Responsibilities:
? Analyzing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive HR initiatives
? Leading the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
? Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
? Statutory Compliance
? Lead and manage the Company team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
? Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment
? Handling Onboarding and exit procedures.
? Monitoring employees work reports
? Conducting monthly and quarterly meetings
? Analyzing Employee performance management
