Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices aligned with organizational objectives and labor regulations.
Handle recruitment and selection processes, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave records in compliance with company policies.
Design and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
Address employee grievances and ensure resolution in accordance with organizational policies.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, ensuring ethical practices and a positive workplace culture.
Compile and analyse HR metrics for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Document all HR activities, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
