Key Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, and onboarding
candidates.
? Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
? Maintain PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance records accurately.
? Oversee employee joining formalities and induction programs.
? Manage attendance, leave records, and manpower handling efficiently.
? Conduct and track employee performance evaluations.
? Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
? Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Required Skills:
? Expertise in Payroll, PF, ESI, Recruitment, and HR Documentation
? Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
