Key Responsibilities:
₹ Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, and onboarding
candidates.
₹ Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
₹ Maintain PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance records accurately.
₹ Oversee employee joining formalities and induction programs.
₹ Manage attendance, leave records, and manpower handling efficiently.
₹ Conduct and track employee performance evaluations.
₹ Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
₹ Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Required Skills:
₹ Expertise in Payroll, PF, ESI, Recruitment, and HR Documentation
₹ Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
₹ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
₹ Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
