Full & Final Preparation
? Full and Final process from Software
? Finalisation & clearance
? Employee acceptance
? Exit interviews
? Recovery of Laptop/data card etc.
? Issuance of Relieving Letter
Attendance & Leave Management/OD
? Personal Gate Pass /Official Gate Pass
? Monitoring OD

Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
? Vacancy Notification to Corporate HR, Send Requisition form to fill
vacancy/Coordinate with Corporate for interview line ups.
? Ensuring sharing JD with the employee within 3 days of joining.

? Timely Contractors agreements renew.
Training & Development
? Identifying training need for employees and share with corporate HR for
execution
? Ensuring ,Training and Development of employee and workers
? Coordinate and arrange training in Plants
Performance Management
? Policy and guidelines
? Score Card_ HR
? Data management
? Getting Quarterly Performance Evaluation of Employees and sharing with
Head HR
Employee Engagement /grievances & relation
? Ensure Monthly employee engagements conducted in plants and share the
report with management
? Any other activity at plant level for engagement to be shared.
