Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and candidate coordination.

Support onboarding and exit formalities documentation.
Assist HR Manager in payroll input and attendance management.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain leave records, statutory forms, and HR registers.
Support performance appraisal documentation and HR reports.
Coordinate internal HR communication and notices.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.

Basic Payroll Processing
HRMS / HR Software (Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.)
