Coordinate hiring activities including vacancy postings, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts
Maintain employee, recruitment, attendance, and payroll-related data across HRMS, ERP, and ATS tools
Ensure employee information is accurate, updated, and securely maintained in all systems
Support the full employee journey including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
Draft and manage employment-related documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
Maintain employee records and personnel files in both digital and physical formats
Prepare payroll-related inputs such as attendance, leave balances, incentives, deductions, and overtime
Liaise with finance/accounts team for payroll processing and reconciliation
Monitor attendance, leave tracking, and shift schedules using HR systems
Respond to employee queries on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and leave matters
Support implementation and communication of HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
Assist with performance review cycles, employee confirmations, and salary revisions
Conduct separation formalities including exit interviews and full & final settlements
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
versee routine office administration and facility coordination
Arrange logistics for meetings, visitors, and internal events
Handle offline administrative tasks including document submissions, collections, and government-related coordination
Manage administrative email communication with vendors, landlords, service providers, and consultants
Coordinate maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, and security services
Maintain asset inventory, allocation records, and asset recovery documentation
Track and process employee expense reimbursements and administrative payments
Maintain records for agreements, licenses, contracts, and renewal schedules
Assist in monitoring administrative budgets and expense controls
Act as a coordination link between leadership, internal teams, clients, and external vendors
