Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, hiring, managing, and talent retention.
To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company.
Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews.
Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Create customized job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position in the company
Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organization's development.
Mentor candidates regarding salary, benefits, and work culture.
Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics.
Work closely with the company leadership to stay updated and meet the company's hiring needs and define selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other team members.
Review performance and work closely with employees for ensuring employee satisfaction and happiness at the workplace
Perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews in association with company leadership for all employees
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks as deemed necessary
