Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations and assist in conflict resolution as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and KRAs related to employee performance.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Stay current with HR trends and employment laws to ensure compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 912,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
