Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment (85-90%) for a leading Construction company. The role requires strong experience in sourcing and

hiring blue-collar talent

such as site workers, technicians, supervisors, operators, and other on-site roles. The position is based full-time at our

Lonavla

location.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and support functions (blue-collar & junior-level roles). Source candidates through local networks, agencies, job portals, field visits, and referrals. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with site teams and project managers. Handle offer negotiation, documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities. Build and maintain a strong local blue-collar talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly hiring status reports. Support basic HR operations such as attendance follow-up, documentation, and employee records as required.
Local candidates from Mumbai, Pune willing to relocate to Lonavala are preferred.

Blue Collar Hiring experience is Mandatory
