Dear Candiidate,

We are looking for The HR Executive - Generalist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, issuing offer letters, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, compliance, and supporting overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for white-collar and blue-collar positions Prepare and post job openings on portals, social media, and local networks Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and walk-ins Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate technical/managerial interviews Salary negotiation and

offer letter preparation & release

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities

Coordinate joining formalities and document verification Issue appointment letters, joining letters, and induction plans Conduct employee induction and orientation Ensure smooth onboarding and system access coordination

3. HR Operations & Generalist Activities

Maintain employee master data and personal files Attendance, leave, and shift management coordination Support payroll inputs, incentives, and deductions Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit) Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits Conduct exit interviews and issue relieving/experience letters

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee queries Support employee engagement initiatives and activities Handle grievance management and employee communication Assist in performance appraisal coordination

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
