Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding of new employees.
Employee relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and conduct exit interviews.
Compensation and benefits:
Administer payroll, manage employee benefits packages, and maintain a deep understanding of compensation structures.
Policy and compliance:
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring the company complies with all labor laws and regulations.
Performance management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes, track performance, and provide feedback and guidance to employees and management.
HR administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and databases, manage attendance systems, and prepare HR reports for management.
Employee engagement:
Develop and implement programs to boost morale and engagement, such as social events, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
Health and safety:
Oversee workplace safety issues and ensure adherence to company and government health and safety regulations.
