Overall smooth operations at the Site in relation to;
Shift management.
Management of Staff.
Optimization of generation.
Safety.
Wage and Salary administration
Responsible for good employee relations at the site.
Ensuring smooth implementation of Performance Appraisal system at the site.
Co-coordination of training initiatives at the site.
Help in framing of policies by providing relevant inputs / suggestions from the site perspective.
Labour Laws related Statutory compliances
MIS/Reporting which will include;
Attrition tracking and Joining Report.
Reporting will be to plant manager at the site and to Manager HR at the Corporate Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
