Need to support in recruitment, on-boarding, training, and statutory administration.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in major recruitment drives.
Take care of all on boarding procedures of new recruits.
Completing the paper works for all statutory requirements.
Creating and maintaining employee database.
Ensuring timely review of employee files for appraisal.
Coordinating with all departments to ensure employee documents and IDs are to up to date.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: BCA or BBA or Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with additional specialization in HR (MBA or MHRM)
Need to have excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills. Need to have working knowledge on MS Office suites.
