Maintain daily attendance records.
Track leave applications and update leave balances.
Coordinate with departments to resolve attendance issues.
2. Payroll & Salary Preparation
Prepare monthly salary statements.
Ensure correct salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and LOP.
Keep payroll information confidential.
3. Statutory Compliance (PF & ESI)
Manage PF/ESI registrations, contributions, and monthly filings.
Assist employees with PF/ESI-related queries.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
4. HR Documentation
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee files and HR records.
Ensure proper documentation of all HR processes.
5. Employee Exit Management
Handle resignation and exit formalities.
Conduct exit interviews.
Complete F&F coordination and close exit processes on time.
6. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Support HR audits and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee data.
