Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Support in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Manage employee engagement activities and address staff queries professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements.
Assist in performance evaluations and training coordination.
Provide administrative support to the HR department and management as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
Positive attitude, confidentiality, and a team-oriented approach.
