Manpower assessment.
  • Understanding key skill sets required for each job opening
  • Creating relevant job descriptions and update on regular basis
  • Identifying appropriate interviewing techniques for each position
  • Job posting on job portals and social media sites
  • Search, identify, prospect and shortlist candidates for vacancies
  • Tracking all applicants through an excel sheet
  • Manage email and phone communications with applicants through the recruitment process
  • Undertake telephonic interview
  • Schedule interview rounds with shortlisted candidates
2. Campus recruitment & Company Branding initiative :
  • Coordinate with colleges and institutions for placement
  • Selection and arrange for on job training
  • Carry out digital branding for showcasing organizational culture and achievements for attracting new joinees
  • Venturing into new scheme for attracting new candidates
3. Employee Onboarding :
  • Drafting Employee Offer letter and sending to selected candidates
  • Coordinating with the prospective new joinees for joining formalities
  • Carry out document verification, background checks and document signing
  • On boarding of new joinees along with carrying out induction along with departmental induction and training
4. Training :
  • Assisting HOD in the training process
  • Training calendar and coordinating for conducting in-house training / external training programs
  • Documentation and digitalization of forms
  • Post training assessment
  • Collating training feedbacks
5. Administration activities (supervisory) :
  • Managing and handling office supplies, stationery, purchases & requirements
  • Attending walk-in visitors and board line queries for recruitments
  • Office administration and maintenance
  • Managing and co-ordinating with all service providers
  • Supervision of office pantry and housekeeping staff
6. Site Co-ordination (supervisory) :
  • Replying to site queries
  • Information support to site
  • Resolving site queries
7. Planning and implementing employee engagement activities
  • Understand and carry out activities for employee motivation and well being
  • Plan and schedule employee engagement activities
  • Activities to maintain and enhance the corporate culture
8. Others :
  • ISO related documentation and formalities
  • HR audit \xe2\x80\x93 supply of documentation
  • Maintaining HR MIS
  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances at junior level.
  • Assisting in compliance
