Job Description

Craysol is looking for a HR Executive who is responsible for performing a wide range of HR related tasks and works closely with the management team to support various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations etc.

What you'll do



Overseeing talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees Facilitate newcomers joining formalities Review & update job descriptions for all positions regularly Managing employee relations and addressing issues such as grievances, conflicts or disciplinary actions. Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC Organize employee engagement activities and events Prepare & submit all necessary HR letters, documents, certificates, and attendance in consultation with management Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.

Requirements



Master's degree in Human Resources Good problem-solving abilities Team management skills Email drafting proficiency In- depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience range: 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment & statutory compliance.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
