Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
Draft and post job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms
Source candidates through databases, job portals, employee referrals, and networking
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
Prepare offer letters and assist in salary negotiations when required
Coordinate the onboarding process with relevant departments
Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement
Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies and employment laws
