1+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally within the solar, renewable energy, or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
