Job Purpose



The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and engagement activities. The role requires strong communication, process ownership, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR functioning and employee support.

Key Responsibilities



? Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

? Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee employment records.

? Manage onboarding, induction sessions, and employee documentation.

? Maintain HRMS data, attendance, and leave records; coordinate payroll inputs.

? Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

? Support statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labour law requirements.

? Organize employee engagement activities, cultural events, surveys, and internal communication initiatives.

Assist in performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.



? Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audit/compliance purposes.

Ensure adherence to HR policies, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

? Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and HR documentation.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.

? Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

? Strong problem-solving and people-handling skills.

Language Proficiency



? English (Fluent)

? Malayalam (Preferred/Fluent)

Qualifications



? Bachelor's Degree / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

? HR certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist roles.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
