Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions along with office administration activities. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently handle HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end

recruitment & selection

(sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding). Handle

employee onboarding and exit processes

(joining formalities, documentation, exit interviews, F&F). Maintain and update

employee records, HR databases, and files

. Implement and administer

HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

. Manage

attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

with finance/accounts. Address

employee queries and grievances

in a timely and professional manner. Support

performance management processes

(appraisals, confirmations). Coordinate

training & development

programs. Promote

employee engagement and workplace discipline

Administration Responsibilities



Manage

office administration and facilities

(vendors, housekeeping, security, stationery). Oversee

asset management

(issue, tracking, maintenance). Coordinate with

external vendors and service providers

. Handle

travel arrangements

, office logistics, and meeting coordination. Ensure compliance with

office safety and infrastructure standards

. Maintain

administrative records, invoices, and contracts

. Support management with

reports and MIS

related to HR & Admin.
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

HR operations and labor laws

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Good

organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in

MS Office / HRMS

Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills High level of

confidentiality and professionalism


Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

2-5 years

of experience in HR & Administration (can be adjusted) Experience in handling

HR operations independently

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
