Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Handle recruitment for trainers, counselors, administrative, and support staff. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads. Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes. Maintain updated employee records and personal files.

2. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records. Manage payroll inputs, incentives, and salary-related documentation. Handle employee confirmations, transfers, and exits. Ensure proper maintenance of HR registers and records.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Promote a positive and professional work culture. Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

4. Performance Management



Assist in setting KPIs and performance review processes. Track employee performance and appraisal cycles. Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation



Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Implement company policies, HR SOPs, and code of conduct. Maintain confidentiality of HR and employee information.

6. Training & Development Support



Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions. Maintain training records and feedback reports.

7. Reporting & MIS



Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status). Submit regular HR reports to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws Good organizational and documentation skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-4 years of HR experience (training institute or education sector preferred) Knowledge of payroll and compliance is an advantage

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
