Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR & Customer Relationship Executive to bridge the gap between internal operations and external service. In this dual role, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting our staff (drivers, sales agents, guides) while also ensuring our travelers receive world-class support. You will be the "people person" of the company--solving problems for employees and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities

1.? ?Human Resources (Internal Focus)

o? ?Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process for tour consultants, drivers, and operations staff. Draft job posts, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.

o? ?Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.

o? ?Admin & Payroll Support: Assist in processing monthly payroll, track leave/attendance, and manage personnel files.

o? ?Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies (dress code, conduct, safety) are communicated and followed by all staff, including field staff.

o? ?Training Coordination: Organize soft-skills training for drivers and guides to ensure they represent the brand well (e.g., hospitality etiquette).

2.? ?Customer Relationship Management (External Focus)

o? ?Client Support: Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints via phone, email, or social media with empathy and professionalism.

o? ?Feedback Management: Call clients post-trip to gather feedback/reviews and document suggestions for service improvement.

o? ?Crisis Management: Act as a liaison during on-ground emergencies (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, hotel issues) to reassure clients and coordinate with the operations team for swift solutions.

o? ?Client Retention: Maintain a database of repeat clients and manage "Welcome Back" initiatives or loyalty discounts.

Requirements & Qualifications

o? ?Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Travel & Tourism (MBA is a plus).

o? ?Experience: Previous experience in the Tourism/Hospitality industry or an HR Generalist role is highly preferred.

o? ?Language Skills: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or Arabic is a strong advantage.

o? ?Soft Skills:

o? ?High emotional intelligence and patience.

o? ?Strong conflict resolution skills (ability to stay calm under pressure).

o? ?Excellent verbal and written communication.

o? ?Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM software or HRIS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
