The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, supporting core HR operations, and handling day-to-day office administration activities. The position requires hands-on experience in sourcing and identifying the right candidates, coordinating the hiring process, supporting employee lifecycle documentation, and ensuring smooth office and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, schedule interview rounds, and ensure timely feedback closure.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports (open positions, pipeline status, closures, TAT, source performance).
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, courier, and other services.
Handle procurement and inventory of office stationery, pantry items, and basic assets; maintain stock records.
Oversee office maintenance issues and coordinate repairs and service visits.
Qualifications
Graduation required (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1 to 2 years of experience
in recruitment and HR operations; admin/office management exposure preferred.
