We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with at least
6 months of hands-on HR experience
to support daily HR operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, payroll support, and statutory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities
Prepare, issue, and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records
Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and leave records
Support payroll processing and salary-related coordination
Assist in statutory compliances including PF, ESI, and other labour-related documentation
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and HR events
Coordinate training programs, meetings, and performance-related documentation
Assist in resignation processing, exit formalities, and full & final settlement documentation
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data and reports.
