Strong knowledge of
Indian payroll laws and statutory compliances
Experience with payroll software and MS Excel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
Process
monthly payroll
accurately and on time
Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, and overtime data
Handle
statutory compliances
including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and gratuity
Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll disbursement
Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies
Generate payslips, salary statements, and MIS reports
Support HR activities such as onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
for assigned positions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
