Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and field recruitment
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Screen profiles and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates for joining
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Support onboarding and documentation
Maintain recruitment databases
Requirements
MBA qualification (HR specialization preferred)
1-3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing and selection
Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Fluency in
Malayalam, English, and Hindi
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to close positions within timelines
