Anyhelp Packers and Movers is looking for a dedicated and experienced

HR Executive

to manage end-to-end human resource operations and support our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Coordinate performance reviews and employee evaluations Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance Assist management with workforce planning and HR reporting

Requirements

2 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
