The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resource operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, onboarding, attendance and payroll support, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal processes
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data
Required Experience & Qualifications
1 year of experience in Human Resources
MBA / BBA / any HR-related qualification
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
