Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details
Coordinate salary processing and payslips with accounts
Address employee queries and support staff coordination
Implement company rules and HR policies
Assist in staff meetings and office activities
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, joining formalities)
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records
Update HR registers and employee data regularly
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor rules
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor daily attendance and punching systems
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
Assist in preparation of payslips and salary-related queries
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries
Support management in resolving workplace issues
Promote healthy communication between staff and management
HR Policies & Administration
Implement HR policies and company rules
Handle warnings, notices, and disciplinary actions if required
Support performance reviews and increment processes
General HR & Office Support
Coordinate staff meetings, notices, and circulars
Assist in organizing office events and employee engagement activities
Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
