??An HR Executive at Maijo Moto Maruti Suzuki plays a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions to support the organization's goals. The key responsibilities and qualifications for this position include:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles within the dealership. Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates. ?

Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, assist in resolving conflicts, and promote a positive work culture. ?

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, help identify training needs, and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. ?

Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to address employee development needs and ensure continuous learning within the organization. ?

Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintain accurate employee records, and prepare HR reports for management. ?

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
