The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including
recruitment, onboarding, employee training, attendance administration, and statutory compliance
. The role demands a proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented professional who ensures HR processes align with organisational policies, legal requirements, and performance standards.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and recruitment MIS.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Execute structured onboarding programs for new hires.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities including documentation, background verification, and employee records.
Maintain and update employee master data and personal files (physical and digital).
Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
3. Training & Development
Coordinate induction and functional training programs for new and existing employees.
Identify training needs in consultation with management and department heads.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training effectiveness reports.
Support performance improvement and skill-enhancement initiatives.
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor and maintain attendance records using biometric/manual systems.
Administer leave management as per company policy.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for accurate salary processing.
Ensure timely reporting of absenteeism, late attendance, and irregularities.
5. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI & Labour Laws)
Handle PF and ESI registrations, monthly returns, and compliance filings.
Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, employment rules, and statutory norms.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required.
6. Policy Implementation & HR Governance
Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and conduct.
Support management in maintaining organisational discipline and ethical standards.
Assist in audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
Requirements:
Qualification:
MBA (SPECIALIZED IN HR)
Experience:
Freshers can also apply.
Sound knowledge of
PF, ESI, and basic labour laws
.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and basic payroll coordination.

performance-oriented environment
