Handle overall HR operations of the company
Manage staff attendance, leave, and performance records
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, joining formalities)
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Coordinate with management regarding staff requirements and issues
Ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed
Support employee engagement and daily HR activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR role
Good staff management and coordination skills
Strong recruitment and hiring skills
Knowledge of HR documentation and records
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Any graduation preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
