Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters. Maintain candidate database and pipeline for future requirements. Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees. Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records. Ensure timely deductions and remittance of statutory contributions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). Ensure compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable regulations. Maintain statutory registers, returns, and records as per government requirements.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/Business Admin preferred 2-5 years experience in HR or admin roles Strong communication skills (Malayalam & basic English) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer/MS Office knowledge Positive attitude and ability to handle responsibilities independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
