Qualifications:

Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role with a focus on job posting and recruitment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
