Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to oversee and support the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions within our organization. This role involves active participation in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Oversee employee induction, orientation, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Coordinate payroll inputs and assist in monitoring HR-related financial processes. Implement and support company policies, HR initiatives, and performance management systems. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and development programs. Prepare HR reports and contribute to process improvement in administrative and operational efficiency. Provide general office administration support and ensure effective coordination across departments.

Requirements:



MBA or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or administration (internship experience may be considered). Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with HR software or tools is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
