Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 -2 year of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and Hr administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Actively participate in day-to-day HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and retain top talent, with a focus on hiring ground staff members.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Manage ESI and EPF registration and filling returns.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
