Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
recruitment activities
including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures
Assist in

Maintain and manage
HR documentation
and employee records
Address
employee queries
related to HR policies, attendance, and basic HR processes
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with recruitment exposure
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
