FleetGO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations and support overall people management functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR activities and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily attendance tracking and maintain accurate employee records
Process monthly payroll and coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new joiners
Maintain HR files, employee data, and compliance-related records
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Executive or similar role
Strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll processing, and recruitment
Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
