is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective communication between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Post job openings on portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and social media platforms
Coordinate with candidates, consultants, and placement cells
Maintain employee records, attendance, and work site allocation
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Support employee engagement and welfare activities
Follow up with interview candidates and update recruitment status
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
