Job Description

- Address student concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in alignment with HR policies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and student's well-being.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovative training methods.

- Working on recruitment in the firm, involve in on- boarding and off-boarding of the employee.

- Maintain accurate students and employee records.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

- Assist in the recruitment process by preparing students, conducting mock interviews, and evaluating students performance.

- Manage student's performance, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.

- Contribute to performance management through goal setting and feedback
