Key Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final selection. Coordinate with store managers and business heads for manpower requirements. Handle bulk hiring for retail roles such as Sales Advisors, Store Managers, and support staff. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Joining & Onboarding: Coordinate employee joining formalities and onboarding process. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining confirmations. Ensure timely reporting of new joiners and coordination with stores.
ESI & Statutory Compliance: Handle ESI registration, enrollment, and exit processes. Coordinate with payroll and consultants for statutory compliance. Address employee queries related to ESI benefits and claims.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances. Maintain healthy employee management relationships. Support disciplinary actions, counseling, and policy implementation.
Induction & Training: Conduct HR induction programs for new employees. Coordinate product, sales, and behavioral training programs.
Track training attendance and effectiveness.
HR Documentation: Maintain employee personal files and HR records. Manage HR documents such as appointment letters, ID cards, and exit documents. Ensure confidentiality and compliance in documentation.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail or lifestyle industry
