Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
Communicate interview feedback and selection updates
Assist in offer letter preparation and joining formalities
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Ensure timely hiring as per company needs
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
