Role Description

This is a full-time HR Executive role located on-site in Kochi. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, recruiting and onboarding new staff, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience mandatory HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Experience in implementing employee development programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Previous experience in healthcare or mental health industry is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
