Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll processes.
Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and support engagement activities.
Conduct exit formalities and full & final settlement process.
Coordinate compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR functions and labor practices.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Good computer skills (MS Office, HR software).
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
