Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Administration
Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and other documents.
Handle general office management and administrative tasks as needed.
Process and manage attendance records and leave requests.
Recruitment
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
Reporting
Prepare monthly reports related to HR metrics, attendance, and recruitment activities for management review.
Qualifications
Proven HR experience is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of basic payroll processes and procedures.
Familiarity with standard recruitment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
