Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campuses.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Conduct employee induction programs.
Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records in HRMS/HR software.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Typically 2+ years of experience in HR roles .
