Position Summary



As a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our organization's expansion. Along with recruitment, you will be responsible for

payroll coordination, attendance management

, and supporting HR operations. This role requires someone who is proactive, people-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates. Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and timely updates.

Talent Management



Support the development of workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Identify talent gaps and assist in succession planning initiatives. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Stay updated with HR trends, recruitment best practices, and market insights.

Payroll & Attendance Management



Monitor and manage employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave records. Verify daily, weekly, and monthly attendance data for accuracy. Coordinate with the HR and Accounts team to process payroll inputs within deadlines. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Support HR audits and documentation related to payroll and attendance.

HR Operations Support



Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, employee files, and MIS reports. Assist with employee engagement activities, HR communications, and policy implementation. Provide support to management and employees on HR-related queries.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of experience in recruitment

(mandatory). Strong HR knowledge, including

payroll and attendance management

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Minimum

1 year of overall HR experience

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
