We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, admin activities, and office management. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT or tech-related companies and be capable of handling HR & administrative responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations & general administration
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Conduct employee onboarding & induction.
Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, documents).
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.
Manage payroll inputs: attendance, leave, overtime details.
Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
Ensure a clean, safe, and productive office environment.
Prepare MIS & HR reports
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and HR policies.
Excellent communication skills--written & verbal.
Strong organizational & multitasking ability.
Basic knowledge of IT
Proficiency in MS Office
