Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding
Manage employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI,)
Organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisals
Resolve employee grievances and maintain HR policies and documentation
Prepare HR reports and assist in exit formalities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master's/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience (travel industry experience preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF/ESI compliance
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
